Fri 6th, Sat 7th June: National Sunflower Day that will be taking place, with funds raised from the event in aid of Milford Hospice. The income received from fundraising events such as Sunflower Days assists in expanding and continuing to provide the highest quality of care for patients and families throughout the Midwest Region.
FLORAL & VEG GARDEN WALK:
Sun 22nd June, 2-6pm: Lady Harrington invites you to a garden walk at her home in The Glen, Knockfierna, V94WP26. Proceeds in aid of Kilpeacon Church Fabric Fund and the GDA. Afternoon Teas will be served in the courtyard. Adm. Adults €10pp, children free with parking free, on the grounds.

WRECKQUIEM:
June 25th - July 5th at 8pm in the Limetree: This is the much-anticipated new play from award-winning playwright, Mike Finn. Pat Shortt leads an all-star cast, alongside Joan Sheehy, Patrick Ryan, Mark O’Regan and Sade Malone.
The story goes, when a developer threatens a much-loved record store, a band of oddballs and misfits must save the day in this heart-warming comedy about hope, friendship and why it’s ok to own eight different versions of Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Women often describe heart attack chest pain as pressure or tightness, but it’s possible to have a heart attack without chest pain. Women are more likely than men to have these symptoms of a heart attack:- Neck, jaw, shoulder, upper back or upper stomach pain. Shortness of breath. Pain in one or both arms. Nausea or vomiting.Sweating. Light-headedness or dizziness. Unusual fatigue. Heartburn, also called indigestion. These symptoms may be vague but more noticeable than chest pain.
