COOLRUSS LIGHTS:

Normally at this time of year the Carroll family would be ready to switch on their lights for charity - but this year there are major road works on the road from O’Rourkes cross to their house. The diversions are on very narrow roads and are not fit for a lot of traffic - so they are waiting for these road works to complete before opening the lights to the public. They are planning to have the lights switched on, just a week later than usual.
