CHURCH NOTES:

Last Sunday, we remembered the anniversaries of Elizabeth, Michael & John O'Rourke and James Hickey.

Parish Envelopes: Please discard any of last year's envelopes as everyone has received a new number, so only use those for 2025. If anyone hasn't received theirs, please contact the parish office.

DEVELOPMENT ASSOC:

Apologies that we had to turn people away last weekend BUT never fear, Granagh Players cast & crew have agreed to 'Send 'Em Home Sweatin' , one more time..!!! Sunday 9th Feb at 8pm. Don't miss the chance to see this fabulous comedy.

We are delighted to get the opportunity also, to make a donation to the Abbeyfeale District Search & Rescue Team, whose help was much appreciated in the search for our friend Joe. Tickets on the door, Card payments accepted... Draw on Door ticket.. Doors open at 6.30, shop with teas/coffees available. Sincere thanks to those who sponsored prizes for each of the nights, you have been extremely generous.

WEDNESDAY CLUB:

Wed 19th Feb @ 11am. Community Centre. A new monthly initiative which offers a relaxed space to connect, open to women of all ages. Meet up for a chat, share experiences, engage in activities while fostering friendship. Each month there will be various talks/demos on subjects that might interest you e.g. health, fashion, beauty etc.

Everyone is welcome to join, bring a friend. €3 donation.


ADARE ARA:

Adare Active Retirement Association are organising a coach holiday to Newry in Northern Ireland, staying at the Canal Court Hotel. The trip will be 4 nights/ 5 days from 5 May to 9 May. There will be coach outings to places of interest. For further information, please contact Tina on 086 1685119. All welcome.
