At Mass last weekend, the anniversaries of Chris Purtill, Johnny Kiely & Mickey Sheehan were remembered. A thought for the week - ' I open two beautiful gifts every morning, they are my eyes. '

Graveyard - I see that the watering can is missing, so bring your own container if you are watering plants !

GRANAGH CHOIR:

Coming up in September, our choir director Roisin is making some changes and would like to set up a Folk Choir with guitar accompaniment. She hopes that the choir can sing once a month at mass as well as special occasions, with rehearsals once a month. It will be open to all and especially students from secondary school upwards. Please spread the word and encourage any younger people, both male & female, to join.

More Singing. The Musica Fusion community choir, Charleville, is back Thursday 7th September at 7.30! We had a fabulous year last year....from Cork Choral fest to Christmas in June(Waterford) ...a choir of friendship, inclusiveness and of course fun music!
