SPRING FAIR:

This year St. Joseph's Spring Fair takes place on Sunday 29th April at 1.30pm at the Baker's rd campus. The services that St. Joseph's provide are now, more than ever, dependent on voluntary fundraising due to HSE cut-backs. The range of services that they provide, to help people with disabilities live the life of their choice, to their fullest potential has grown so much over the years, that it now caters for people from birth to death.

They provide a Pre-School service, primary & secondary education in the Holy Family School. Adults can then choose to work in various sections - the Workshop, Craft Dept, Print Dept, the Garden Centre, the Canteen, Ceramics and The Forge Coffee Shop. When they wish to retire, there are two retirement homes available. St. Josephs provide a range of residential accommodation for adults ( e.g. Morenane reisidence) and children, respite care and short family-based breaks. They also provide a range of services to support families e.g. psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists and a music therapist. You can just imagine the costs involved running this service and why they need to fundraise. Your support is always very much appreciated.

The Book, ' To Care ' telling the story of the Foundation - is now on sale in Charleville shops & St. Josephs', only €10.

Good crowds at the ceremonies again this year. On a beautiful Easter Sunday morning we welcomed the babies who were baptised, the Noonan, O'Callaghan and Kelly families were present with one family unable to make it. The Church was beautifully decorated with lots of Daffodils and Hyacinths, it was so uplifting.
