Yoga is wonderful for stretching the muscles but it also helps with balance, strength and calming the mind.

Yoga is challenging but it is also extremely therapeutic. There are six main benefits; - It helps build Immunity, by increasing drainage of the Lymph. It relaxes the Mind & releases tension in the body. Tones the Spine. Strengthen and tones the body. Helps balance our systems. General good Health.
