The Irish Wheelchair Association collection was held last weekend, thanks to collectors in Granagh, Joan Brosnan, MaryO'Carroll Lynch, Kevin Stack and Mary O'Regan, amount received €215.18. Thanks to Maura & Grainne Friel for standing in Ballingarry, amount received €203.82. Many thanks for your generosity.

RADIO DRAW:

West Limerick 102Fm are running a 50/50 draw. Tickets available from the Station, and John Harrold locally. Half the proceeds will be distributed ​

​as prizes each week, tickets only €2 each. Last week's winner, Noreen O'Keeffe, Carrigkerry won €562.

LOURDES PILGRIMAGE:

Fr. McCarthy, Athlacca is leading a pilgrimage to Lourdes from 17th Sept to 22nd. A few places still remain.​

URBAN FOOD FEST:​

Limerick Food Group is hosting ‘Urban Food Fest​ ' , a Limerick street food evening in the milk market Friday 1st of September 2017 from 5pm-9pm as the opening event of the Pigtown Food Series. The Milk Market will be transformed to create a unique and festive evening atmosphere that will showcase some of the best food and drink Limerick has to offer.​ ​

The event will be open to the public with free entry, and a voucher system will be in place for guests to purchase taster or full portion plates from stalls​. ​ ​
