FITNESS CLASSES:

​Next Class, Thursday13​th Apr, 7.30 - 8.15pm, in the Community Centre. A​ll fitness levels welcome​d. In a few weeks Classes will be held Outside.

HEART SCREENING:

Pulsewave Ireland had to cancel their date last week and so will be attending the Rathkeale House Hotel on Thursday 13th April, 11am - 8pm. They will check blood pressure, heart rhythm, arterial flexibility and blood flow. €30pp. Call 087-7151623 for appointment.

TLC 3:

Granagh is registered for the Team Limerick CleanUp which takes place Good Friday, April 14th. The TLC initiative is sponsored by the JP McManus Benevolent Fund and is spearheaded by Paul O’Connell. Last year, 98 tonnes of waste was collected which equals about 3,900 wheelie bins !! Organise the family to get out and do a clean- up on your road. Lead by example.

CAMOGIE CAMP:

Easter Camogie Camp, Ballingarry 18th April. 7-10yrs - 9.30am - 12.30pm. 11-14yrs - 1pm - 3pm. €10 per child.

FAMILY RESOURCE CENTRE:

Over 60's Social Club every Monday Afternoon from 2pm, Activities every week, €3 per person, all are welcome Quilting Class will return on Wednesday 26th April 10am - 11.30am, €3 per person Book Club for all ages every Wednesday evening from 7pm - 8.30pm, €3 per Adult, €1 per Child Ballingarry Walk every Thursday evening beginning at 7pm from the Ballingarry Family Resource Centre, Refreshments afterwards in Ballingarry FRC, €2 per Adult, €1 per Child.

Afternoon Cuppa's & Cupcakes​will be held ​

in Ballingarry Family Resource Centre on Friday 28th April from 12.15pm - 4pm, €2 per Cuppa & Cupcake, Lucky Lines will also be sold on the day,​ s​talls are welcome to set up around The Ballingarry FRC on the day.

CYSTIC FIBROSIS DAY:

65 Roses Day is the National Fundraising Day for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and takes place on Thursday April 13th. Cystic Fibrosis National Awareness Week takes place from Monday April 10th to Sunday April 16th​.

CF Ireland are looking for support to help raise funds and increase awareness of Cystic Fibrosis throughout the country. There are 3 ways you can help support CF Ireland during CFI National Awareness Week

​ - Buy a Purple Rose, Volunteer or Donate. '65 Roses' is how some children first learn to say 'Cystic Fibrosis'​. CF Ireland depend on voluntary income and donations to provide services and supports to people with CF in Ireland. 65 Roses Day is a major fundraising campaign and helps CF Ireland fund the services ​they​

provide such as exercise grants, transplant grants, bereavement counselling etc.

Raising a child with special needs does not take a special family, it Makes a Special Family.
