GAA CLUB - PLANNING MEETING:

The open community meeting is being held this Wednesday 9th Nov, in Granagh Community Centre, at 8pm. Granagh-Ballingarry GAA and Bord na nÓg are in the process of developing a Club Plan which will map out the future direction of the Club. All members of the community are invited to attend and give their views.

CLOTHES COLLECTION:

Granagh Parents Association are holding a Used Clothes collection this coming Friday Nov 11th at Granagh National School. Drop off between 3pm – 7pm on Thursday 10th or before 9.30am on Friday 11th.

S​HOEBOX APPEAL:​

Closing date for the Christmas Shoeboxes is this coming Friday 11th.

MISSION APPEAL:

Mass on Saturday 12th, Fr. Tom McCabe OMI, will attend to tell us about the work of the Oblate Fathers across the world. They share their story and invite you to support their missionary work.

MASS BOOKINGS:

You can now book masses for 2017, in either of the sacristies, as the new diaries have arrived.

FITNESS CLASSES:

We hope to begin a class in the Community Centre, if we get the required numbers

​ - minimum of ten

Classes will be a mixture of high intensity, circuits and group exercises. It is hoped to begin on Wednesday 16th Nov, 7.30pm. Bring your own exercise mat.

HOLY SOULS:

On the four Sundays in November, beginning on the 6th, the Rosary will be prayed in Shanavotha at 3.00pm and Granagh graveyard at 3.30pm. You are invited to come and join in prayers for your departed.

On all the First Friday's of the year, mass is offered for the deceased whose names have been given for the November purgatorial list.
