Lucky Lines also sold on the ​

day. ​ Free public entry.​

OPEN COURSE DAY:

Liskennett Farm. Tuesday 21st June. 10.30am - 1.30pm.

Come along to find out about the Local Training Initiative Programme - Intellectual disability Practice, QQI Level 5.

SUMMER CAMPS:

​This years' FAI Soccer camp will run from Mon 4th July to Fri 8th July, in Ballingarry. Each participant will receive a full FAI playing kit, football and a rucksack. If you wish to enrol your child, you can book online at www.fai.ie or by calling 1890-653-653.

RATHFREDAGH :

The Cheshire Home is looking for volunteers to help with their annual garden fete which will be held on Sunday 3rd July. Volunteers will be involved with preparation of various stalls and running them on the day. All help would be greatly appreciated. If interested, contact Catriona Sheehy on 069-83279 for details.

LOURDES PILGRIMAGE:

Happy 21st Birthday wishes to Jessie Stapleton who celebrated over the weekend, with family and friends.

Well done to Laura O'Keeffe, daughter of Conor and Breda, who received student of the year award at the Colaiste Na Trocaire graduation night last week.

NEW BUSINESS's:

In case you missed the article in last week's Observer - congratulations to Stephen Kiely on his new venture - Munster Floor Screed.

Just after opening in Granagh also, " Emerald Valeting & Car Wash " , set up by Pat Fitzgibbon. It is great to see people taking the chance with a new business, although it is definitely not easy. Wishing Pat & Stephen every success.

MILFORD HOSPICE:

Sincere thanks to all those who contributed so generously to this collection at the weekend. A total of €400 was received.
