CHURCH NEWS:

Last Sunday, we remembered the anniversaries of Seamus & Noreen Biggane. Also David, Sean & Paula Shine.

Baptism: After Mass, the Carroll family, Coolruss, plus relations, gathered to christen little Eliza. Congrats to Stephanie, Michael, Donagh & JJ.

November Rosary in the Graveyards, our last Sunday; 3pm in Seanabhotha and 3.15pm in Granagh. If it is a bad day, Rosary will be held in the Church at 3pm instead.

Thought for the Week: While leaving a better planet for our kids, we could also leave better kids for our planet.!


St. V. dePAUL:

Sunday 26th Nov, before 10.30 Mass, the Annual Collection for the local branch of St. Vincent DePaul will take place. The rise in the cost of living is putting pressure on people, who need help from the society locally. Thank you for the support you have given over the years.


VINTAGE RUN:

Sun 26th Nov; After Mass, the Tractor/Car/Truck Run in aid of Liskennett Equine Therapy Centre will be taking place. Registration at the Rock Bar from 11am to 12pm. Your support for this worthy cause would be very much appreciated.


SYMPATHY:

We offer our condolences to Robert, Diana & Griselda Williams, whose son and brother, Hayes, passed away on the 21st Oct and was laid to rest on 17th Nov. May he rest in peace.


VARIETY CONCERT:

Saturday 9th Dec in the Hall, 8pm. Looking forward to a great night of light entertainment at the upcoming Christmas Concert, in aid of the community centre. There will be singing, dancing, comedy with local and invited acts.

Recently arrived babies. We send congratulations to Carol (Hickey) Rutter & Lewis, in the UK, who welcomed their second little boy Eddie James. Just over in Kilmore, Brendan Noonan & partner Mairead Walsh also welcomed their second little boy, Alex. Special Santa photos this year.


KIDS CLASSES:

Delighted to hear the new classes in the Hall are well attended and students are really enjoying them. Yoga for 7-12yrs every Monday, 3.15pm to 4pm. This ceremony will be taking place at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Milford, Castletroy (just past Milford Care Centre entrance & the UL gates).
