BOOK LAUNCH: Thursday 1st March, 7.30pm in the Charleville Park Hotel. St. Josephs Foundation is celebrating 50yrs in 2018, with the launch of their book " To Care - The Story of St. Joseph's Foundation". Written by Sheila Quealey, it will be launched by Joanne O'Riordan ( No Limbs, No Limits Star and Disability Rights Activist). Everyone welcome to join in this celebration. CHOMHBHRÓN: RIP; Jim Moloney. ​Our sympathies to the family of Jim Moloney,​ Carhue, Croom, ​who passed peacefully on ​ F​riday​ 16th​. ​ ​ Very deeply regretted by his sorrowing brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and his very large circle of friends. ​He was repos​ed on Monday evening at Daffy's Funeral Home, ​Requiem​​ Mass ​on Tuesday ​with burial in Reilig Mhuire,​ Croom. ​We also sympathise with the family of Johnny O'Gorman​, Kilmore, ​who passed peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Beech Lodge Care Facility, Bruree​, on Sunday 18th​. ​ Husband of the late Mary. ​ ​ Deeply regretted by his sorrowing sister, Kitty Quinn (Malahide) sisters-in-law

FINAL CELEBRATION for All-Ireland School Team. Lay- Led ​ COMMUNITY PRAYER:​ There will be no weekday Masses in the parish this week, so people are invited to come to Church to join in a short service of community prayer instead. In Ballingarry, this Wednesday 7th at 7pm and in Granagh Friday 9th at 7pm. COLLECTION - PARISH CLERKS: This coming weekend, ​10th & 11th, our parish clerks collection will be held. The parish could not function without them as they make themselves available not only for Masses but also Baptisms, Marriages, Funerals and any other service in the Church. Please show your appreciation for them. GRANAGH PLAYERS: And so concludes another very successful Drama run

EXTRA NIGHT for Granagh Players.

GRANAGH PLAYERS: Extra Night: --- Because, there were full houses over the weekend, many people had to be turned away. The Players decided to do one final performance on Saturday 3rd Feb, for anyone who missed out....Be sure not to miss out, great acting and great laughs.. The producer, cast and crew were delighted with the response to their production of ' The Chastitute' over the last two weekends. Well done to the producer, Jimmy Sheehy, and twenty one cast for putting on six great nights of entertainment.
