CULTURE NIGHT:
It's happening on Friday 22nd Sept all over Limerick. Friars Gate Theatre will present interesting items of clothing and everyday objects from 1775-1795 era, the year of Jane Austen's birth. Learn about a day in the life of an upper class Georgian woman. Check out the weird and wonderful cosmetics and beauty regimes that the ladies followed and the changing fashions they were devoted to. Demo will be given by Melissa Shiels, Costume Historian and Heritage expert. Admission Free at 8pm.
CHARITY DANCE:
Friday 22nd Sept, 9pm, Rathkeale House Hotel, in aid of Guide dogs for the Blind. You won't meet Roy Keane there but you will have the pleasure of dancing to ' The News '....
ST. JOSEPH's: CYCLE,WALK,RUN:
It's coming up again,Sunday 24th September. The event which includes both a 90k and 27k cycle and a 10k and 4k walk commences at the Foundation’s Campus, Baker’s Road, Charleville. Cycle starts at 10am and walk at 11am.
Great prizes on offer, 1st - €500. 2nd - Raleigh Hybrid Bike. 3rd - €300.

95 STOP TOUR:
Tuesday 26th Sept, Croom Civic Centre. The Active Retirement Group are hosting a Tea Dance at 2pm. Live Music and lovely food for only €5, with all proceeds going to the Live 95Fm Stop Tour. Monies collected are supporting CARI, Limerick's Neo- Natal Unit and the Children's ARK at UCH.

TRAINING COURSES:
This September Ballyhoura Development Learning Programmes are providing a wonderful opportunity for people of all ages to find out about upcoming courses and training options that are available.
All courses are free of charge. There are short term courses in Art, Cookery, Health & Beauty, Personal Development, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Upholstery & Upcycling or longer term courses like IT Level 3, Communications Level 3.
The Ballyhoura Development team will be there to guide you towards making the right choice for you!
If you are interested in acquiring new skills, or want to find out more on behalf of your friends and family, come along to any of the sessions and you won’t be disappointed! Courses range from 10 weeks to 9 months duration.
One-to-One clinics are scheduled for the following dates - Tuesday 19th Sept - Coote Hall, Kilmallock, 10am - 1pm. Parochial Hall, Charleville, 2.30pm - 5.30pm.
