CPR and Defib training are essential for everyone nowadays as doctors and ambulances will take a time to arrive.! Time is of the essence, as brain function can only last 3 mins without oxygen !! Many thanks to Ann Hickey for organising a course Saturday last with up to fifteen attending. The tutors were excellent and gave us plenty of practise.
